CCM celebrates being named among the “100 Best Companies to Work for” by Minnesota Business magazine.
Having just completed our thirtieth year in business and reaching the milestone of $2 billion of client assets under management, we were humbled to learn this month that as a result of input from our colleagues (employees), we’ve been listed as one of the “100 Best Companies to Work for” in Minnesota by Minnesota Business magazine. While we’ve been honored to receive other forms of recognition over the years, this award in particular has special meaning as it relates to our culture at Carlson Capital Management.
According to the magazine, the “100 Best” were determined by the resulting scores of an anonymous online questionnaire filled out by the employees of each participating company — from which the magazine selected companies in Minnesota who “excel in the areas of work environment, employee benefits, and overall employee happiness, making them the 100 Best Companies to Work For.”

Each year, Minnesota Business magazine solicits nominations for its 100 Best Companies to Work For Awards. They include their methodology for creating the final “100 Best” here. CCM did not pay a fee to the magazine to receive this award, and has paid no fees to the magazine to promote this award. CCM purchased a table for colleagues to attend the celebration event for this award. Colleagues of CCM nominated the firm for this award and provided and verified data related to this award.
