Heather Novotny is an Executive Assistant at Carlson Capital Management. In this role, she serves as the primary point of contact representing Founder Jeff Carlson. Heather’s responsibilities support a high level of client service, executive scheduling, and communication, and projects furthering the firm’s growth. She is a member of the firm’s Hastings office where she also coordinates facilities management.

Prior to joining CCM, Heather held a number of high-profile executive assistant positions, most recently serving the leadership team at a large dental insurance organization in Minneapolis. Her attention to detail, resourcefulness, and the priority she holds for clear, proactive communication makes her a valued collaborator for colleagues and clients alike.

Heather lives in Cottage Grove, Minnesota. She shares her life with her husband, Paul, daughter, Tori, and son, Tucker. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing on volleyball and bowling leagues, hiking, biking, going for walks, traveling, finding new restaurants and breweries to try, and going to concerts. She is an active volunteer with Special Olympics Minnesota and the Friends in Need Food Shelf in St. Paul Park.
