How do I login to the Portal?

What if I forgot my password?
If you’ve already established a Portal account and forgot your password, or are having trouble logging in, select the “forgot password” option on the login page. This will prompt you to enter your email address where portal login instructions will be sent.
What is available to me in the Client Portal?
Through your Portal you have seamless access at any time to all of the following:
- An interactive big picture, real-time overview of all of your CCM-managed accounts;
- A snapshot of your current/daily investment holdings;
- Dynamic reports that adjust as you select custom criteria;
- Secure access to document-sharing with CCM;
- Quarterly statements; and
- CCM communications, such as quarterly newsletters.
Are my documents secure in the Portal?
All documents accessible in the Portal are stored on a site that specializes in storing and transmitting documents securely. All communications to the Portal are encrypted using the same SSL encryption used by banks and e-commerce sites. Furthermore, all data stored on the Portal is encrypted for additional protection. The Portal’s network is subject to daily audits by third-party security monitoring firms to keep up with the latest threats.
For security purposes, if you have the capability of printing and scanning, sending signed documents to CCM via the Portal is the method we recommend over email, fax, or mail.
How will I be notified when documents are uploaded to the Portal?
You will receive an e-mail when documents are saved to your Portal. In the Portal’s main navigation bar, select “Documents” then “Statements” to view your options.
Will I receive quarterly statements in the Portal?
Quarterly statements will generally be available for viewing around the 15th of the month following a quarter-end. These months include January, April, July and October. In the Portal’s main navigation bar, select “Documents” then “Statements” to view your options.
