Are my documents secure in the Portal?
All documents are stored on a site that specializes in storing and transmitting documents securely (Force.com). All communications to the Portal are encrypted using the same SSL encryption used by banks and e-commerce sites. Furthermore, all data stored on the Portal is encrypted for additional protection. The Portal’s network is subject to daily audits by third-party security monitoring firms to keep up with the latest threats.
How will I be notified when documents are uploaded to the Portal?
You will receive an e-mail when your latest quarterly reports, the quarterly newsletter or other key documents are saved to your Portal. Quarterly reports will generally be available around the 15th of the month following quarter-end.
What kind of information can I expect to find in the Portal?
The Portal’s primary purpose is to deliver updated financial account information, your quarterly reports as well as key financial planning documents in a manner that is secure, paperless, and provides you with the convenience of continual access.
Will Portal delivery of my CCM quarterly reports also affect my Schwab statements?
Delivery to the Portal will not affect your Schwab statements. Schwab statements will continue to be delivered to you using the method you have chosen (e-Delivery or paper). The Portal is only for documents from CCM.
