Professional Biography

Gresina Cole is a Client Servicing Representative for Carlson Capital Management and Administrator for the American Center for Philanthropy, an independent nonprofit that offers donor advised funds and administers charitable grant requests on behalf of its donors. In her role, she serves as the primary point of contact for questions related to creating a fund, and submitting and processing grant requests. Gresina is also one of the welcoming colleagues you will see when you visit our Northfield office. As part of the client servicing team, she works on account openings, updates, fund transfers, and other key account-related requests. In addition, she works with the Advisory Team and specialists by handling key administrative functions and preparing materials for client presentations.

Gresina has more than 20 years of client service and office management experience, much of which was spent working at a regional insurance agency, and holds the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ (FPQP^®) designation from the College for Financial Planning^®. She enjoys cultivating an organized and service-oriented office and collaborating with others to deliver a high-quality experience for clients and colleagues.

Gresina is a Northfield, Minnesota, native who further established her roots there after pursuing her post-secondary education in Duluth. Outside of CCM, Gresina shares her life with her husband, Patrick, and their two children. Gresina enjoys spending time outdoors, boating, and camping. Together with her family, she participates in several classic car cruises throughout the summer in various communities.
