Professional Biography

Hailey Cunningham is a Tax Administrator at Carlson Capital Management. She provides broad administrative support to CCM’s Tax Team in delivering the firm’s integrated wealth management experience. Hailey supports the tax return process of CCM Tax & Trust Administration, a commonly-held affiliate of CCM.

Hailey graduated Magna Cum Laude from Minnesota State University, Mankato, with a Bachelor of Science in special education and has previously worked as a special education teacher and infant teacher, where her skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving were honed.

Hailey lives in Farmington, Minnesota. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, working out, traveling, trying new recipes and enjoying the weather of Minnesota summers.

Personal Thoughts

In my past work as an infant teacher at a daycare center, I realized how important communication, dependability and trust are when taking care of others. I learned that having open and excellent communication is crucial for trust and a good relationship. I also saw how being dependable created a strong bond with those in my care, because they knew they could count on me to help meet their needs. This foundation of trusting relationships I built was so important to managing the care of society’s most important gifts.

I’m excited to translate these skills and values to my work at CCM, meeting every client’s needs with accuracy, care, and dependability.
