Professional Biography

As a Senior Client Servicing Representative for Carlson Capital Management, Jenny Barthel assists clients with all aspects of account management, including activities such as account openings, fund transfers, online access, and many other key account servicing needs. In addition, Jenny provides office management and client hospitality and works with the firm’s advisors by handling central administrative and servicing functions. She is a lead within the firm’s team of client servicing representatives, establishing and ensuring high standards of care for CCM’s clients, and providing, leadership, training, and work direction.

Jenny joined CCM with more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is collaborative by nature and has an impressive track record of providing exceptional client service. Jenny lives in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, and shares her life with her three adult children. She enjoys spending time at the cabin making memories with family and friends, truly the “happy place!”
