Professional Biography

Abbi Kramas is an Integrated Wealth Advisor at Carlson Capital Management. As part of the Advisory Team, Abbi partners with clients and their families, providing the firm’s fully integrated wealth management experience including investment management, retirement modeling, estate and educational planning, and all other aspects of general financial planning and client care. In this role, Abbi also connects clients with the firm’s specialists for overall portfolio management as well as direct access to expertise in areas such as tax planning and insurance analysis.

Abbi graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens-Point where she earned Bachelor of Science degrees in business administration and accounting. Abbi holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® designation granted through the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. Prior to joining CCM, she worked for nine years serving in roles in insurance, banking, and financial.

When not at work, Abbi enjoys spending her time being active—particularly running and weight lifting. She also loves to spend time with friends and family and enjoys cooking. Abbi grew up in Mosinee, Wisconsin, and now lives in Farmington, Minnesota, with her two dogs, Bella and Jazmine.

Personal Thoughts

I was raised in a small town in central Wisconsin by hard-working, self-employed parents. They provided for our family, filled our home with an abundance of love, and never let on to the fact that we were living on a very tight family budget.

When I headed to college, I often found myself envious of classmates who had their education paid for by their parents. I was working two or more jobs and funding my entire education through my income and student loans. My parents were able to provide periodic gas money, occasional groceries, and a few random household items. Above all else, my parents provided me with the encouragement and support I needed while I completed my degree.

Years later I now realize the sacrifices my parents made. Their ability to make a lot out of a little has helped shape me into a responsible young adult with a strong work ethic that I will possess forever. These gifts they have given me provide motivation every day in my work serving our clients at CCM.
