Professional Biography

Bob Bernard is an Associate Integrated Wealth Advisor at Carlson Capital Management. As part of the Advisory Team, Bob collaborates with clients and advisors across the firm on all aspects of planning and portfolio management. He is responsible for facilitating client meetings, preparing presentation materials, and assisting with portfolio management. In addition, Bob is responsible for a strong working knowledge of and leveraging of firm technology to best serve clients.

An experienced sales and management professional in financial services, Bob brings six years of industry experience to the Carlson Capital Management team. Most recently, he served as the Vice President of Sales for an investment firm, where he was responsible for full-cycle sales processes and new client acquisition. Bob’s professional experience also includes serving as a Market Director for a diversified financial services organization—a role in which he was responsible for recruitment and mentorship of new financial advisors in southern Minnesota. Prior to that, Bob acted as a Financial Advisor and Growth Development Director at a wealth management firm in Rochester, Minnesota, where he met impressive production and recruiting goals. Bob is a graduate of North Central University in Minneapolis, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in music and theology.

A passionate mentor, Bob enjoyed a successful 14-year career in vocational church ministry throughout Southern Minnesota prior to entering financial services. Outside of the office, Bob resides with his wife, Rachelle, and three sons in Byron, Minnesota. He enjoys playing golf, reading and is an avid Minnesota sports fan.
