On my first day at CCM, I walked into the break room to find everyone gathered together around a breakfast spread and a welcome basket with different gifts inside, which was nothing I had experienced before. From day one, I’ve felt a genuine sense of people helping one another, not because they have to, but because they actually want to help. People have gone out of their way to introduce themselves and make sure my transition has been going smoothly into my new role. This directly translates to how CCM treats clients—everyone receives the same, excellent service from a team that genuinely cares about each other and their neighbors.
