Professional Biography

Kate Tichy is the Marketing & Communications Manager at Carlson Capital Management. Kate is responsible for content management and production, in addition to providing support for many other communications initiatives.

Kate has broad experience in writing, digital marketing, and content strategy. Her background includes time at marketing agencies and tech startups, where she has contributed to projects ranging from market research, to branding, to website launches. She is a graduate of Emerson College.

In her time off, Kate can often be found reading, tending her dahlias, or scouring flea markets for midcentury finds. She lives with her family in St. Louis Park.

Personal Thoughts

One of the things that appealed to me about joining the CCM team was their emphasis on the client experience. As a marketer and content strategist, one of my passions is creating user journeys that build trust. I want my work to tell a story and anticipate users’ important questions, especially when we haven’t yet had the opportunity to speak in person. I know that respecting the user experience and creating helpful content is a vital step in building trust.

With that in mind, it’s a real pleasure to work with an organization where I know trust will only grow once a prospect becomes a client. It’s gratifying to be part of a user journey where a prospect may come to us feeling uncertain or overwhelmed, but through partnership with their CCM team, ultimately achieve real peace of mind.
