Professional Biography

Sam Ebner is an Operations Specialist at Carlson Capital Management. In this role, Sam collaborates closely with colleagues to provide accurate data management and reporting for all clients. In addition, he conducts regular audits to maintain CCM’s quality assurance processes.

Sam received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Metropolitan State University. Prior to joining CCM, Sam worked for eight years as a member of the operations team at a multi-branch, Minnesota-based community bank. In this role, he was responsible for securing and maintaining the integrity of client accounts and supporting the conversion and optimization of financial platforms to ensure an excellent client experience. He consistently receives praise for his attention to detail, commitment to process improvement, and communication skills.

Sam grew up in Apple Valley, Minnesota, and current resides in Lakeville with his wife, two sons, and two puggles. He enjoys watching football and basketball and spending time with his family, including going for walks and visiting local parks.
