Professional Biography

Lana Wallin is a Senior Operations Specialist at Carlson Capital Management. In this role, Lana collaborates closely with colleagues to provide accurate data and account management. In addition, she conducts regular audits to maintain CCM’s quality assurance processes.

Lana is a seasoned accounting professional with more than three decades of experience at a Twin Cities RIA wealth management firm. She is a graduate of District One Technical Institute in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, where she received an Associate Degree in accounting. The success she’s experienced throughout her career is a testament to her passionate commitment to quality and details and the excitement she feels for work that fully leverages her skills in communications and analytics.

Lana lives in Prescott, Wisconsin, with her husband, Brad, two children, and two dogs. She strives to be active and embraces the outdoors. Over the years she has volunteered with many organizations, including in her church and as a youth sports coach, and is currently involved in fundraising initiatives in her community. Lana enjoys playing golf with her husband, is her son’s biggest basketball fan, and adores long walks with her daughter and their two energetic Aussiedoodles.

Personal Thoughts

My mother’s legacy is truly an inspiration. My father passed unexpectedly when I was very young. My courageous, nurturing mother raised five children alone. Her sacrifices, perseverance, and strong work ethic will forever be instilled in her children. These fundamental values were modeled for me firsthand, along with the success that comes from patience and hard work. They’ve brought me countless opportunities to walk alongside others with the same passion in all aspects of life. I’ve always been driven to find my way.

My dedication and passion for accounting have brought me an opportunity within the Carlson Capital Management team. My role is very fulfilling as I partner with colleagues across the firm who share my commitment to a strong work ethic. I am proud to work for CCM, and I’m driven to enhance the CCM experience.
