Professional Biography

Mary Keller is the Director of Operations and Client Service for Carlson Capital Management. In her operations role, Mary devotes herself to ensuring the smooth operation and ongoing enhancement of CCM’s portfolio/financial management software. Mary manages the integrity of the firm’s investment data including accurate reporting, billing, and oversight of the Client Portal to enrich the client experience. As Director of Client Service, Mary provides leadership by working with the CCM client servicing team to provide clients with a best-in-class experience.

Mary’s depth of experience includes more than 35 years in the wealth management industry. Mary is a proven leader who skillfully balances the development and implementation of strategic and tactical initiatives, and continually seeks to develop workflows and leverage technology to create efficiencies for clients and colleagues.

Mary is a graduate of St. Cloud State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in business finance with an emphasis in computer science. Mary enjoys time with her family and being outdoors—especially taking long walks with her dog, snow skiing, and vacationing to destinations below the 30^th parallel north. Mary and her husband, Pete, live in Excelsior, Minnesota. They have two adult children and a lively Miniature Australian Shepherd.

Personal Thoughts

I have worked in the financial services field for over 35 years, and can confidently say CCM is one of the best! I am so proud that I can call CCM my professional home. From the very first day I walked through the doors, it was very clear how the founders have taken great pride and joy in creating a company culture that is inclusive and caring for both clients and colleagues. Our high level of care is demonstrated each day through every letter, email, task, and phone call.
